High-voltage AC ionizing air gun for rapid static elimination and dust removal. Simply connect an 8 mm outer-diameter air tube via one-touch fitting; no power cord is required thanks to the built-in winding transformer high-voltage power supply. The ergonomic design naturally points the nozzle downward when gripped, and integrated LED lighting illuminates the workpiece so operators can visually confirm dust removal.
This AC corona discharge ionizer delivers AC 8 kVp-p at 32 kHz, achieving fast static decay (from ±1000 V to ±100 V in 1 second or less) and excellent ion balance within ±20 V up to 0.4 MPa and within ±40 V up to 0.7 MPa. With clean dry air at 0.5 MPa, it consumes approximately 422 L/min and provides about 2.5 times the air blow-off force of previous models, greatly improving dust blow-off performance while operating at 99.3 dBA measured 1000 mm behind the unit (0.5 MPa).
Designed for indoor industrial use, it supports an air pressure range of 0.2–0.7 MPa (rated 0.5 MPa), operating temperature from 5 to 45 °C and humidity from 10 to 90 %RH (no condensation or freezing). The housing is made of flame-retardant polycarbonate and ABS, with a tungsten needle electrode and PBT nozzle and internal parts. Protective circuits include high-voltage short-circuit detection, overvoltage protection, and over-temperature shutdown. Compact and lightweight, it measures approximately 139 (W) x 51 (D) x 164 (H) mm and weighs about 365 g.
