At WAFUU JAPAN, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase of authentic Japanese goods. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Send an email to our support team with your order number and photos of the item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached, and include the provided RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package via a tracked shipping service to our warehouse in Japan; please note that customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
