The tires and wheels rotate and can be moved by hand for driving or displayed as interior decoration. The case fits general wet wipes and wipes bags up to 15cm x 8.5cm x 6cm in height. Please note that this product is a case for wet wipes, not a vehicle. The mirror parts are easy to remove and not fixed, so please remove them when using the product around infants and children.
