Product Description
The Vessel Static Elimination Fan F-120R is a compact, high-performance ionizing fan designed for long-term, stable electrostatic removal in manufacturing and inspection environments. Its proprietary capacitive-coupling discharge needle and high-frequency piezoelectric transformer generate a rich ion supply for fast, efficient neutralization, while maintaining an ion balance of ±10 V or better (at factory shipment) with extremely low ozone generation of 0.05 ppm or less at 50 mm.
The adjustable front cover lets you switch the airflow angle between straight and wide modes, so you can precisely target areas such as automatic PCB production lines, LCD film cutting systems, bag-making and molding machine conveyors, soldering workstations, film lamination processes, and electronic device parts storage zones. A clear status indicator lamp glows green during normal operation and red in the event of high-voltage or fan abnormalities, while the one-touch front cover provides easy internal access for simple maintenance.
Powered by AC100–240 V (50/60 Hz) via the included AD-24IT power adapter and 1.8 m AC input cable, the fan operates with a DC24 ±5% input, 10 kV (p-p) output voltage, 17 W power consumption, and a maximum airflow of 3.66 m³/min. The durable construction features a flame-retardant ABS resin body and front cover, stainless steel stand, and Inconel discharge needle, with multiple safety functions including fan motor rotation monitoring (lock detection), high-voltage shutdown (overload detection), and a front-cover interlock. Designed for use at 5–40°C and 35–65%RH (no condensation or freezing), it also supports storage at 0–60°C and 35–85%RH under the same conditions.
