Transino EX Tablets 120 Count
Product Description
This product contains 120 tablets and is a designated medicine for improving melasma (liver spots) on the face. The active ingredient tranexamic acid is combined with L-cysteine, vitamin C, vitamin B6, calcium pantothenate, and nicotinamide to help reduce the appearance of melasma while supporting skin health from within.
Intended for adults (15 years and over), the usual dose is 2 tablets, taken twice daily with water or warm water after meals. People on dialysis, those with a history or risk of thrombosis, pregnant or breastfeeding women, older adults, and anyone under medical treatment must consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Stop use immediately and seek medical advice if you experience allergic reactions (rash, redness, itching), digestive issues (nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, heartburn), palpitations, headache, dizziness, or worsening diarrhea. Store in a cool, dry place away from children, keep in the original packaging, do not take the charcoal sheet enclosed in the inner bag, and do not use after the expiry date.
