Heat-treated to HRC 60 +/- 2 for exceptional sharpness, wear resistance, and long-lasting edge retention, with enhanced corrosion resistance from the stainless cladding. As the layered steel is ground, a distinctive Damascus pattern emerges.
The tough multi-layer construction encases the hard core to resist bending and chipping, delivering a strong yet refined cutting feel. Double-bevel edge set at approximately 15–18 degrees, with 18-0 stainless steel bolster and end cap for balance and durability. The handle is laminated reinforced wood in a brown layered finish for a secure, comfortable grip.
