Product Description
The Nikon Speedlite introduces the first use of radio frequency control, allowing for effective use in challenging lighting conditions. It features a robust cooling system capable of supporting over 100 consecutive full-power flashes. The flash output is highly versatile, with manual adjustments ranging from 1/1 (FULL) to 1/256 in 1/3-step increments. Its effective flash range spans from 0.6 m to 20 m, varying by factors such as format, light distribution type, ISO sensitivity, exposure angle, and aperture value. The Speedlite supports multiple flash modes including i-TTL, aperture-linked external auto flash, external auto flash, distance-priority manual flash, manual flash, and repeating flash. Additional functionalities include test flash, monitor flash, multi-point AF auxiliary light, and modeling flash. The bounce angle is adjustable, with vertical settings from 90° upwards to 7° downwards, and a horizontal rotation of 180° to either side. Other notable features include ISO sensitivity adjustments, TTL under/overshoot correction, factory reset, key lock, overheat protection, and firmware updates.
