This multifunction insulation and earth resistance tester offers four insulation test ranges (50 / 125 / 250 / 500 V). When 500 V is selected, a red backlight provides a clear high-voltage warning. The auto discharge function safely releases any residual charge after measurement, and a live-wire warning uses a red backlight and buzzer to prevent measurement when voltage exceeds the safety threshold.
For earth resistance, the tester features 0–2000 Ω auto-ranging and a test current of 2 mA or less to avoid tripping earth leakage breakers. A live-wire warning is activated above 30 V and locks earth resistance measurements until the line is safe. Comparator functions for both insulation and earth resistance use a red backlight and buzzer to alert when readings fall below or exceed preset thresholds, which can be customized via a dedicated app.
The voltage measurement function supports up to 440 V, including three-phase line-to-line measurements, with true RMS for accurate results even on distorted waveforms and automatic AC/DC detection.
