Product Description
This 1500W step-up/step-down voltage transformer lets you use Japanese 100V appliances in countries with AC 220–240V, and use AC 220–240V appliances in Japan (AC 100V). Designed for safer operation, it includes an auto-reset thermal protector and built-in fuse protection.
Not suitable for medical devices or high-load, continuous-duty equipment such as cryptocurrency mining computers. For continuous use over 1 hour, keep the load within 80% of rated capacity. Heating appliances, motor-driven tools, and devices with high start-up current may require 2–3x headroom when selecting capacity. Depending on your outlet breaker rating, the breaker may trip when first plugging in due to inrush current.
