This popular 3-cup cooking type rice cooker is just the right size for a single person. It is equipped with a "separate cooking function" that cooks rice according to the brand of rice, bringing out the characteristics of each of the 31 brands of rice and cooking it to perfection. The cooking method, such as heat and steaming time, is automatically adjusted according to the grain size, flavor, and consistency of each rice variety. The rice brands include Koshihikari, Akita Komachi, Yumepirika, Tsuyahime, and others. The rice cooking menu includes no-rinse, white rice, cooked rice, porridge, brown rice, and simmered/steamed rice. The three-layer (copper + stainless steel + aluminum) thick kettle is used. The high thermal conductivity of the copper pot reduces unevenness in cooking, and the thick pot stores heat to cook fluffy rice.
