Product Description
This battery case allows operation of compatible radios using standard alkaline batteries. It supports models IC-DPR7, IC-DPR7BT, IC-DPR7S, and IC-DPR7SBT, making it ideal as a backup or everyday power solution.
Power is supplied by 5 AA alkaline batteries (1.5 V x 5). When attached to the main unit, the system offers dust and splash resistance equivalent to IP54, suitable for use in light outdoor environments.
Approximate operating time with battery save ON: about 1 hour at 5 W output, and about 7 hours at 1 W output, using alkaline batteries.
