Finecraft Tosaichi Kurouchi Funayuki Knife “Grandma’s” 165mm

Finecraft Tosaichi Kurouchi Funayuki Knife “Grandma’s” 165mm

Product Description

This traditional Tosa hand-forged Japanese kitchen knife is crafted in Japan by skilled artisans. Its blade length is approximately 16.5 cm, with an overall size of about 4.5 × 31.5 × 3 cm (handle thickness), and a lightweight body of around 105 g for comfortable handling. The cutting edge is made of steel, the blade sides of soft iron, and the handle of natural wood.

Designed originally as a fisherman’s knife used on boats, it is ideal for fish preparation, filleting, and also versatile enough for meat and vegetables, making it a convenient all-purpose knife. It is a thoughtful gift for cooking enthusiasts, as it becomes more comfortable in the hand with continued use.
