This heat-resistant concentration meter is the MASTER-93H BNU3401 model, designed for reliable Brix measurement of high-concentration samples.
Engineered for restaurant and commercial use, it offers excellent readability of the scale, comfortable grip, and easy sample placement. The smooth, hygienic grip and reinforced prism allow simple water rinsing, while the fast temperature response and bright field of view ensure clear, stable readings even during continuous use.
Ideal for juices, jams, soups, sauces, and boiled-down liquids such as tare, tsukudani, and cooking reductions, it can measure hot samples up to 100°C directly during the cooking process. The measurement range is Brix 45.0–93.0% with a minimum scale of Brix 0.5%, making it perfect for high-concentration applications where Brix represents sugar content or overall concentration depending on the sample.
